Speaking about the SUV's front design, It will feature Kia's signature tiger-nose grille giving it a bold and aggressive stance. In addition to this, it is also expected to feature LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs, and faux skid plates at both ends; among others. It is also expected to feature dual-tone alloy wheels and chunky body cladding around the car adding to the SUV looks.
On the inside, the Sonet includes the best-in-class 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and the brand's latest iteration of UVO connected features.

With a wide variety of engines, the company is also offering the SUV with various transmissions. All three engines are expected to be offered with manual and automatic options.
The 1.2-litre petrol will come mated to a five-speed manual or an iVT automatic. The 1.5-litre diesel will come mated to a six-speed manual with an optional torque converter. While the top-spec 1.0-litre turbo engine will be offered with either an iMT or a seven-speed DCT.
