Nissan has unveiled their NV300 Concept at the Brussels Auto Show 2019. The Nissan NV300 aims to showcase the versatility of the brand's commercial vehicles, along with the unique conversions which can be made to them.
One such unique conversation was showcased at the Brussel Auto Show. Nissan presented a unique NV300 example, which has been converted into a mobile workshop for woodworking professionals.
The Nissan NV300 comes with a special arrangement of compartments that allows the worker to do everything from designing on a special workbench to storing all the equipment required.
The van's contents were developed by Nissan in collaboration with Studio Hardie - a reputed British design studio. The arrangement demonstrates how the van can adapt to every professional, irrespective of the sector or trade.
The Nissan NV300 with integrated portable battery solutions called Nissan Energy ROAM. The battery packs have a capacity of 700Wh with a power output of 1kW> They can power all the equipment, from a simple laptop to the workers cutting tools and everything in between.
Francesco Giacalone, LCV Planning and Marketing Director, Nissan Europe, stated, "With the NV300 Concept-van, Nissan is really thinking about the future of the commercial vehicle as an authentic partner for business customers."
He further added, "It's practical and versatile as well as innovative and self-sufficient with the addition of Nissan Energy ROAM. We believe it has enormous potential in the LCV sector and is a key differentiator for Nissan commercial vehicles."
Apart from working professionals, the Nissan NV300 can be used for leisure too. With the Energy ROAM, the concept offers clean, sustainable solutions for customers with electricity on the go. The NV300 is said to be a spacious Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV); available in various lengths and heights. The Nissan NV300 is expected to be launched in the European markets, sometime in 2019.
