The Maruti Suzuki XL6 is premium six-seater MPV offering from the brand, based on the popular Ertiga model. The Maruti Suzuki XL6 will be sold excluively through the brand's NEXA dealerships. Bookings for the Maruti Suzuki XL6 has begun for an amount of Rs 25,000 with deliveries said to begin immediately.
The Maruti Suzuki XL6 is powered by a single petrol engine option. This engine will be same BS-VI compliant unit which debuted recently on the Ertiga MPV. The petrol engine comes in the form of a 1.5-litre 'K15-series' unit producing 104bhp and 138Nm of torque. Transmission options on the new Maruti Suzuki XL6 comes in the form of either a five-speed manual or a four-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox.
The Maruti Suzuki XL6 MPV in India will rival the likes of the Mahindra Marazzo, Renault Triber and the Toyota Innova Crysta in the Indian segment.
