Range Rover Evoque Convertible Launched In India. Land Rover has launched the new Range Rover Evoque Convertible SUV in the country. Range Rover Evoque Convertible is priced at Rs 69.53 lakh ex-showroom (India).
The Range Rover Evoque Convertible draws power from a 2-litre Ingenium four-cylinder petrol engine producing 237bhp and 340Nm of torque. The engine is coupled to a 9-speed automatic gearbox delivering power to all the four wheels.
The new convertible luxury SUV also features Drive Select with paddle shift and Sport Mode.
The Range Rover Evoque Convertible is available as a two-door model and is offered in only one trim: HSE Dynamic. The new convertible SUV shares its underpinnings, engine and features with the standard Range Rover Evoque.

The prominent highlight of the Evoque Convertible is the folding roof. The roof is made out of polyacrylic fabric with five layers for the thermal and acoustic liner. The roof is operated by four electric motors with the Z-fold mechanism.
The fabric roof of the Range Rover Evoque Convertible can be folded in just 18 seconds. The convertible roof can be operated at driving speeds of up to 48km/h.
The Evoque Convertible has undergone around 6,750 test cycles in temperature ranging from -30 degree Celsius to 90 degree Celsius.
On the design front, the Range Rover Evoque Convertible features adaptive Xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, radiator grille, air dam, wheel arch cladding, blacked out ORVMs and soft-top roof. The convertible SUV also gets a small boot at the rear.
The Range Rover Evoque Convertible is slightly longer than the standard Evoque and measures 4,370mm. The height and the width have been reduced as compared to the five-door model and measures 1,900mm and 1,609mm respectively. The wheelbase remains unchanged at 2,660mm.
The interior of the Evoque Convertible comes with an all-black cabin with four seats. The interior features a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with voice recognition and navigation pro, perforated Windsor leather seats and configurable interior ambient lighting.
