Kia Stinger GT Design & Features

The Kia Stinger GT's design borrows most of its cues from GT Concept from the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. However, the production car has sprouted two more doors.

Up front, the LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs flank a stretched out version of Kia's tiger-nose grille. The front bumper features a wide air dam in the centre and vertical air intakes on either side. The slightly bulging bonnet features air vents on either side as well. The wider and lowered stance compared to its competition from Germany (BMW 3 Series, Mercedes C-Class and Audi A4) add to the sporty feel of the car.

The sides of the new Stinger GT look clean and the gran turismo sedan sits on 19-inch alloy wheels shod with 225/40 (front) and 255/35 (rear) tyres from Michelin. The rear-end of the Kia Stinger GT looks aggressive as well with quad tailpipes, and unique LED tail light setup.

DriveSpark's Thoughts On The Kia Stinger GT Showcased Ahead of Auto Expo 2018

The Kia Stinger GT is the pinnacle of the South Korean carmaker's lineup and is the fastest and most powerful car to bear the Kia badge. However, India's tax setup on luxury cars imported as CBUs and Kia's focus on going mainstream means that the Stinger GT may be a pipe dream for the country's car spotters.
