The newly unveiled Ford Freestyle is based on the Figo hatchback currently on sale in India and will be launched in the second quarter of this year.

Ford Freestyle Design & Features
The Ford Freestyle is based on the Figo hatchback. However, the new Freestyle gets a new hexagonal honeycomb grille inspired by the one on the Mustang along with a new bonnet.
Flanking the new grille on either side are new sweptback headlamps. Underneath the headlamps on either side of the new bumper sit the fog lamps. The centre section of the front bumper also features a faux skid plate and the bumper itself features black cladding to add to the rugged look of the newly unveiled Ford Freestyle.
The black cladding on the front bumper continues around the sides of the car and the rear bumper. The sides of the car also feature roof rails to add to the sporty look along with the stripe that runs across the doors. The rear end looks similar to the Figo but is raised like the rest of the car with the bumper featuring a skid plate.
The interiors of the new Ford Freestyle are similar to the ones found on the Figo. The Freestyle features a new 6.5-inch infotainment system that seemingly floats above the centre of the dashboard. The infotainment system gets Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as part of Ford Sync 3 infotainment setup.
The Freestyle also gets a host of safety features including up to 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, electronic stability control and active rollover prevention.
