Ford India has announced that it's latest offering, the Freestyle, can be booked online exclusively at Amazon India. Customers will be able to book the vehicle during an exclusive booking-window of 24 hours, starting from 2 PM on the 14th April 2018.
The Ford Freestyle will be limited to a 100 units on Amazon and customers can book the car by paying a booking amount of Rs 10,000. These 100 customers for the Freestyle, will further get priority delivery of the vehicle.
Amazon India has set up a brand page for the Ford Freestyle, where customers can select their preferred variant, engine option and colour. The booking amount of Rs 10,000 can be paid by customers through the Amazon's payment options either on the dedicated brand page or through Amazon's mobile application.
Rahul Gautam, Vice President Marketing, Ford India said, "Ford Freestyle has been designed for young, progressive, independent & free-spirited customers who love to stay connected. From everyday things to high-value purchases like mobile phones, they are buying everything online."

The Ford Freestyle is India's first CUV and is based on the Figo hatchback. The company has positioned their new offering for economy buyers, looking for a car which offers a taller driving position yet, retaining the compact dimensions of a regular hatchback.
The Ford Freestyle is powered by a 1.2-litre, naturally aspirated three-cylinder engine producing 95bhp and 120Nm of torque, while the diesel variant gets the 1.5-litre TDCi engine churning out a class-leading 100bhp and 250Nm of peak torque. Both these engines are mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
The Ford Freestyle is available in four variants: Ambiente, Trend, Titanium and Titanium+.
Safety features on the Freestyle include, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensor, approach sensors, perimeter theft alarm, engine immobilizer, keyless entry and automatic relock at 15km/h.
The top Titanium+ trim receives additional features such as Active Rollover Protection (ARP) and Emergency Assistance.

Thoughts On The Ford Freestyle Amazon Bookings
The Freestyle is placed between the Figo and the Ecosport offerings from Ford India. The Ford Freestyle is estimated to be priced at around Rs 6 - 9 lakh, ex-showroom (Delhi). With deliveries to begin from June 2018.
