Datsun redi-GO (1-litre) AMT launched in India. The new Datsun redi-GO AMT carries an introductory price tag of Rs 3.80 lakh for T (O) trim and Rs 3.95 lakh for the top-spec S trim. Both prices are ex-showroom (Delhi). The deliveries of the redi-GO 1.0L AMT will begin from today across India. The bookings for the car had commenced on January 10, 2018.
Datsun claims that the newly launched redi-GO 1.0L AMT is the most feature rich AMT model in its segment. The redi-GO Smart Drive Auto is offered with two driving modes: Dual-Driving Mode and Rush Hour Mode to provide an ultimate driving experience, especially in urban conditions.
In the Dual-Driving Mode, customers can switch between automated and manual mode during uphill/downhill and city traffic conditions. The Rush Hour Mode offers a crawling function, with a cruising speed of 5-6km/h in bumper-to-bumper traffic conditions. The AMT variant of the redi-GO will certainly attract urban buyers as it is easy to drive in traffic conditions.

The Datsun redi-GO AMT draws power from the existing 1-litre Intelligent Spark Automated Technology (iSAT), three-cylinder petrol engine producing 67bhp and 91Nm of torque. The AMT variant of the Datsun redi-GO is based on the CMF-A platform and shares its components with the Renault Kwid.
The Datsun redi-GO AMT features Bluetooth audio streaming with hands-free calling available in the T(O) and S trim levels. The AMT hatchback comes with all-black interiors, central locking with remote key. The redi-GO AMT also sports best-in-class ground clearance (185 mm), cabin space, boot space and head room.
The Datsun redi-GO AMT is dearer by Rs 22,000 as compared to the standard variant of the hatchback.
