Bugatti tests its cars to its limits to make sure the hypercars can handle the big power and tough race tracks. Watch the video of intense test rigs in the Bugatti factory.
It is a known fact that Bugatti goes above and beyond the limits to produce extraordinary hypercars. But this new video clips proves that the manufacturer certainly pushes the cars to the extreme limit to test the cars.
The video snippets posted on Twitter shows the rigorous testing done by Bugatti to simulate the scenarios the car will encounter. The company has created two intense rigs, a suspension test rig and an engine rig.

The suspension rig features giant robotic arms tugging and pulling the chassis of the Chiron. The rig will test the car to make sure the suspension is up to the mark.

If the suspension rig was impressive than this engine rig is even crazier. The rig is designed to simulate a flat out run, and the test ensures that the quad-turbocharged W-16 engine is up to the task.
The rig simulates inclines, corners, and drops around the circuit and mimics the exact G-Forces it would experience. It also allows Bugatti to monitor the behaviour of oil and coolant in extreme conditions.
