The torrential Mumbai rains left many cars with water flooding and affecting them with some or several damages. Volkswagen India is extending service support for those cars affected by the Mumbai flood due to the heavy rains.
Volkswagen customers in Mumbai and Vapi can take advantage of the free road side assistance and special initiatives in support of dealers and customers. Customers can dial toll-free number 1800 102 1155 / 1800 419 1155 to avail the free roadside assistance. Under this service, affected cars would be transported free of cost to the nearest Volkswagen dealer.
Volkswagen has issued flood-repair guidelines across dealerships for a standardized repair approach and has trained technical support staff and geared-up parts supply chain in the region.
