VE Commercial Vehicles Sales Up 9.3% In February 2017
In India, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 4826 units in the month February in 2017.
VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., a Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture has sold 5499 units in the month of February 2017 as compared to 5032 units in the year-ago period. The manufacturer has reported a growth of 9.3 percent (FYTD growth of 13.3 percent).
Eicher brand has sold a total of 5379 units of trucks and buses in February 2017 as compared to 4936 units in February last year. The brand recorded a sales growth of 9.0 percent (FYTD growth of 14.0 percent).
In India, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 4826 units in the month February in 2017, and the sales growth has increased to 13.2 percent (FYTD growth of 12.2 percent).
However, the brand witnessed a sales decline of 18 percent in the international market. The manufacturer managed to sell 551 units last month as compared to 672 units a year back.
Volvo trucks sales has increased and recorded a growth of 25 percent in February this year. The brand sold 120 units as compared to 96 units in February 2016.
