Tesla Semi-Truck Spotted Ahead Of Reveal
Tesla is all set to reveal its electric semi-truck on October 26, 2017.
American electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla is all set to unveil its semi-truck on October 26, 2017. Ahead of that the truck was spotted undisguised.
The Tesla electric semi-truck is sitting on a flatbed trailer of a big rig. The truck looks similar to the teaser image with the aerodynamic design.
The electric truck is finished in a shade of silver with swept, aerodynamic design. On the left, a second piece of the tuck can be seen which is likely to be the fairing to be fitted on the roof to reduce wind resistance.

The overall design of the truck is compact and will not feature sleeping berth. The electric truck is designed to haul heavy loads with an expected driving range of around 320km to 480km.
Tesla boss Elon Musk has already revealed that the semi-truck will be unveiled on October 26, 2017, and test drives will be offered at the SpaceX facility in Hawthorne. Musk also stated that the electric semi-truck would reduce the cost of transportation and enhance safety.

Tesla's electric semi-truck looks futuristic with an aerodynamic design to increase the efficiency by reducing the drag caused by the wind. Technical details of the truck are yet to be revealed. If the electric semi-truck is feasible and successful in the market, it will transform the transportation business around the world.
