Tata Tigor’s Micro-Website Goes Live
Tata Motors has launched the new micro-site for the soon to be launched Tigor. The Tigor will be launched in the Indian market on March 29, 2017.
Indian automaker Tata Motors is all geared up for the launch of its new Styleback car, the Tigor. The car will be launched in the Indian market on March 29, 2017.
Ahead of the car's official launch, Tata Motors has launched the micro-site of the Tigor. On the website, the interested customers can fill their contact details or even book the car online.
Tata Motors has already commenced the bookings for Tigor across all the authorised dealerships in the country. Now, customers can also book the Tigor online on the new website by paying a token amount of Rs 5,000.
The booking page of the new website also reveals the colour options of the Tigor. As per the published information, the Tigor will be offered in six colours - Espresso Brown, Berry Red, Pearlescent White, Platinum Silver, Striker Blue and Copper Dazzle.
The Tiago Styleback is based on its hatchback sibling, the Tiago. The subcompact sedan borrows design cues from its hatchback counterpart. The car features a coupe-like sloping roofline which blends with the boot.
Tata Tigor is powered by the existing 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine producing 84bhp and 114Nm of torque. The diesel variant draws power from a 1.05-litre Revotorq oil burner churning out 69bhp and 140Nm of torque. Both the engines will be mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
When launched in India, the Tigor is expected to carry a price tag of around Rs 4.2 lakh to Rs 6.5 lakh. The Tigor Styleback will take on its segment rivals such as Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire and Hyundai Xcent.
