2017 Suzuki Swift Racer RS Concept To Be Showcased At 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon
Suzuki ha revealed the Swift Racer RS edition based on the 2017 Swift, the car will be showcased at the 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon.
Japanese car manufacturer Suzuki has already launched the 2017 Swift in its home market. Although the globally sold model will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2017.
But before that Suzuki has something interesting in its store. The automaker has revealed the racer version of the 2017 Swift, dubbed as Swift Racer RS.
The Swift Racer RS is a concept model and will make its official debut at the 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon. The racer version sports the blue and neon green livery of Suzuki's MotoGP team, the Team Suzuki Ecstar.
The Swift Racer RS is also equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, stripped out interior with Recaro seats, roll cage and more.
Although Suzuki has not revealed the technical specifications of the Swift RS Racer, but it is expected that the sports racer will be powered by 1.0-litre BoosterJet turbocharged petrol engine.
But there is one more surprise from the Japanese firm, alongside Swift Racer RS, Suzuki will also showcase the sporty avatar of the Ignis called as Ignis Motocrosser Style. It features the Suzuki off-road motorcycling team's livery. Ignis also gets roll cage and Recaro seats.
