SsangYong is readying its two new SUVs for the Indian market, and it is expected to be launched in the country by mid-2018. The South Korean automaker is owned by India's Mahindra & Mahindra and is expected to make use of its existing sales and service network.

When launched in India, the smaller version of the Tivoli will rival the likes of Tata Nexon and Maruti Brezza, whereas the fully-loaded larger iteration of the SUV will lock horns with the Hyundai Creta.
