Ford India is all set to introduce the facelifted EcoSport in India. Ahead of that the 2017 EcoSport has been spotted testing.

Ford India has been testing the 2017 EcoSport for quite a while now. Once again the facelifted compact SUV has been spotted in three different colours.

IAB has spotted the facelifted EcoSport in three different colour schemes - Golden Bronze, Kinetic Blue and Arpoadar Red which was only available in the global market.

The front fascia of the 2017 EcoSport looks butch with the redesigned front bumper. Apart from that the headlamps and fog lamps are revamped. The facelifted model gets a single piece hexagonal grille as opposed to the two piece setup of the previous model.

The 2017 Ford EcoSport is equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels projector headlights and LED daytime running lights. By taking a close look at the spy shots, we can see the centre console confirming the touchscreen infotainment system.

The engine options on the facelifted EcoSport is likely to remain unchanged. Ford is expected to carry over the 1-litre EcoBoot petrol engine, 1.5-litre petrol motor and a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine.

The rear section of the compact SUV remains identical to the currently sold model. Ford has decided to go with the spare wheel mounted on the tailgate. The 2017 EcoSport is likely to hit the Indian roads by this year's festive season.
