Skoda Octavia RS launched in India. The new Skoda Octavia RS is priced at Rs 24,62,000 ex-showroom (pan India).The all-new Skoda Octavia RS is the fastest and most powerful car from the Czech carmaker currently on sale in India.
Skoda is offering the Octavia RS with four years/1,00,000km warranty, 4 years/ unlimited km roadside assistance and four periodic maintenance services every 15,000km/1 year (whichever occurs earlier).
Skoda Octavia RS Specifications & Mileage
The new Skoda Octavia RS is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine producing 227bhp at 5,500 - 6,200rpm and 350Nm of torque at 1,500 - 4,500rpm which is sent to the front wheels through a 6-speed DSG automatic gearbox.

2017 Skoda Octavia RS Design & Features
In terms of design, the new Skoda Octavia RS sports a few distinctive styling cues that help distinguish it from the regular Octavia.
Up front, the Octavia RS features a blacked-out butterfly grille with RS badging while the front bumper has been heavily tweaked and gives the Octavia RS a more aggressive look. The three-piece bumper features a large central air dam flanked on either side by intakes playing host to the fog lamps.
The Octavia RS sits on 17-inch 'Hawk Anthracite' alloy wheels which are shod with 225/45 R17 tyres. The RS also features larger brakes along with red brake callipers.
At the rear, the Octavia RS sports a new bumper which features a red reflective strip above the black diffuser is flanked on either end by stainless steel tailpipes. Also present at the rear is a fixed spoiler and an RS badge on the bootlid.
The Octavia RS for India comes in four different exterior colour options - Candy White, Race Blue, Corrida Red and Steel Grey.
Inside, the Octavia RS features a sporty theme with a black interior featuring red accents galore. The 12-way electrically adjustable sports seats up front get the RS logo embroidered into the headrests and are upholstered in Alcantara with red contrast stitching.

wheel
which
is
draped
in
perforated
leather
and
features
controls
for
the
audio
system
and
phone
connectivity.
The
steering
wheel
also
gets
paddle
shifters
which
can
be
used
to
take
manual
control
of
gearshifts

RS
badge
on
the
bottom
spoke.
Other features include door sills & gear knob with the RS badge inscribed into them, steel foot pedal covers, and ambient lighting.

9.2-inch

infotainment
system
with
Apple
CarPlay
and
Android
Auto
connectivity,
dual-zone
climate
control
with
adjustable
rear

vents.
The
