Shelby Widebody Mustang — The First Shelby Concept In Over 10 Years
Shelby has come up with its very own concept in over 10 years, and the widebody Mustang and the F-150 are something to drool about.
Shelby already offers a potent version of the Mustang, and now, the company has come up with a widebody Mustang concept, the first in over ten years by Shelby.
The spoilers, diffusers, and skirts look similar to the Shelby Mustang, but a closer look reveals the wider body parts. The rear wheels are 12.5-inches wide, and the front is 11. This increases the car's track by 4-inches at the rear and 2.5-inches in the front.
The widebody Shelby Mustang gets other upgrades too, such a supercharged V8 engine that now kicks out 750bhp, fully adjustable coil over suspension on all four corners and bigger brakes.
Tempted yet? Well, the widebody Mustang is only a concept at the moment. But what you can buy is a Super Snake F-150 Shelby, which will be limited to 150 units for this year.
The F-150 will also house a 750bhp engine under the hood, and customers can choose between a two-wheel-drive and the four-wheel-drive format.
And being a Shelby, the F-150 comes with stripes, so people know one when they spot one. Shelling out $96,880 can buy you your very own Shelby F-150 pickup.
