Scoop: Volkswagen Working On Electric Car And Microbus
German automaker Volkswagen is working on a slew of electric vehicles and the image has been leaked on the internet.
German automaker Volkswagen has already confirmed that the electric I.D. Buzz will make it to production. But now the leaked images suggest that more electric vehicles are coming from the stable of Volkswagen.
Apart from the I.D. Buzz, Volkswagen will introduce the I.D. hatchback, I.D. Cross SUV, I.D. Lounge, and I.D. AEROe. The I.D. AEROe looks like a sports coupe.

The I.D. Lounge and I.D. AEROe will be retailed in the US and China. Volkswagen has joined hands with JAC to produce hybrid and electric vehicles in these markets. The I.D. Cross will go on sale in the European and Chinese markets.
The Volkswagen I.D. will be sold only in the European markets. The I.D. Buzz minivan is likely to go on sale in the US market. But the leaked image does not reveal the particular region.

Volkswagen will commence the production of I.D. lineup in 2019 with the hatchback. Production will continue till 2022 finishing with the I.D. Buzz. The I.D. Cross, Lounge, and AEROe will hit the roads between 2020 and 2021.
