Eighth-Generation Rolls-Royce Phantom Set To Debut In July
The Eighth Gen Phantom is set to debut in London next month.
British luxury carmaker Rolls-Royce has teased the eighth generation of its flagship limo, the Phantom ahead of its reveal next month.
The British luxury marque which has set the standards for luxury cars with its Phantom line of luxury cars and will reveal the latest car to bear the prestigious badge in London on June 27.
The teaser at first shows off the first-generation of the Phantom before smoothly switching over to what is most likely the new Phantom. The image of the exterior shows off what seems to be more of an evolutionary change, with the biggest change occurring near the headlights.
The teaser also shows off what appears to be the dashboard trim for the new car. The trim piece seen in the video is made from a dark wood and features an incut pattern. The trim option is expected to be one of the numerous choices owners of the new Phantom will have to spruce up the car.
The eighth generation of the Rolls-Royce Phantom is expected to carry forward its iconic 6.75-litre V12 engine and will be a lot lighter than the Phantom VII thanks to the extensive use of aluminium in the chassis.
