2018 Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo Unveiled — The Ultimate Estate?

The Panamera Sport Turismo offers a few extra usability to Panamera customers with a fully redesigned rear section and a higher roofline for ease of entry and exit.

Porsche says the Panamera Sport Turismo offers 520-litre storage capacity for the vehicle (425 litres for E-Hybrid models), which is 20 litres more than the Panamera saloon, though, with the rear seats folded flat, the storage capacity increases to an extra 50 litres.

With the same powertrains as the Panamera sedan, there will be an entry-level Panamera 4 Sport Turismo with 330bhp, a Panamera 4 E-Hybrid with 461bhp, a Panamera 4S Diesel Sport Turismo with 421bhp and a Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo with 549bhp. Porsche's 8-speed PDK automatic will be mated to the powertrains of all the models.

Additionally, the Sport Turismo features a third rear seat, rather than using a bench seat, the car retains the standard bucket seats along with a small seat in the middle.

Porsche says the Sport Turismo employs all the technological advancements featured on the Panamera such as its Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control, Porsche Advanced Cockpit digital gauge cluster, Porsche Traction Management and InnoDrive adaptive cruise control.

Also, there's a new adaptive rear spoiler that automatically deploys at speeds of 90km/h or higher when the car is in Sport and Sport Plus driving modes. At speeds of above 170km/h, the wing is set at plus one degree for a combination of stability and aerodynamic efficiency.

Prices for the Panamera Sport Turismo starts at 97,557 euros for the Panamera 4 Sport Turismo to 158,604 euros for the range-topping Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo.
