The all-new 718 Cayman GTS is powered by a 2.5-litre turbocharged flat-four engine that replaces the naturally aspirated 3.5-litre flat-six powerplant found on its predecessor.
The new turbo flat-four engine on the 718 Cayman GTS produces 361bhp and 470Nm of torque. This is an increase of 25bhp and 50Nm over the previous Cayman GTS.

The engine on the new 718 Cayman GTS is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox but owners can also spec their new Porsche sports car with a 7-speed automatic gearbox.
The new 718 Cayman GTS sprints from 0-100kph in 4.1 seconds (0.2 seconds quicker than the previous Cayman GTS) and has a top speed of 290kph (6kph faster).

The design tweaks include a revised front bumper, black tinted headlights and tail lamps along with 20-inch satin-black alloy wheels, a more substantial diffuser and blacked out centrally-mounted twin tailpipes.

Porsche has also added black GTS badges to the base of the doors while the interior of the new 718 Cayman GTS gets Alcantara accents on the steering wheel, seats, armrests and centre console.
