The Nissan comes in four different variants, two petrol and two diesel. The petrol variants of the new Micra for India are fitted with a CVT gearbox.

Nissan Micra Specifications & Mileage

The Nissan Micra in India is available with a choice of two powertrains - a 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 1.5-llitre diesel engine. The 1.2-litre petrol engine produces 76bhp and 140Nm of torque and is paired to a CVT automatic gearbox. The petrol powered Micra returns a mileage of 19.34km/l.

The 1.5-litre diesel engine, on the other hand, is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox which shifts 63bhp and 160Nm of torque to the front wheels. The diesel Nissan Micra returns a mileage of 23.08km/l.

New Nissan Micra Features And Design

The 2017 Nissan Micra remains mostly unchanged in terms of design but adds automatic headlamps and rain sensing wipers.Also new is the '‘lead me to car' feature which guides the driver to his/her parked Micra using the smart key.

Inside, the Micra features a new European Black theme with a Piano black finish and Orange accentson the seats, dashboard and arm rest. Seen on the inside are the new 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth, steering mounted controls, push stop-start.

The new Nissan Micra is available inseven different colours: Brick Red, Turquoise Blue, Blade Silver, Onyx Black, Nightshade, Storm White and Sunshine Orange.
