Nissan has teased the next-generation Nissan Leaf ahead of its global debut.
Japanese automaker Nissan has teased the next-generation Leaf ahead of its global debut. In its latest tweet, the automaker has posted a teaser image.
Nissan has tweeted that the new Leaf will make its global debut on September 6, 2017. That means the next-gen EV will be revealed well in advance of the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Nissan has teased an image of the new Leaf, which appears to be the front grille of the car. The new hatchback will borrow design cues from the Nissan IDS Concept and the Micra.
The 2018 Leaf will feature Nissan's ProPilot Assist feature, which offers semi-autonomous technology for self-driving on highways. The EV is likely to deliver a range of around 340km to 360km.
