German auto major Mercedes-Benz is all set to debut the new G-Class SUV this year. Ahead of that the updated model has been undergoing testing in Europe.

Now Gaadiwaadi reports that Mercedes-Benz will debut the new G-CLass in September 2017. The luxury SUV will feature revamped exterior and interior design.

New Mercedes-Benz G-CLass To Debut In September

The upcoming G-Class SUV was spotted almost a year ago in Europe. The overall boxy body shape remains the same, and only minor tweaks will be made to the exterior design. The interior will also get few new features.

The width of the updated G-Class SUV has been extended which will lead to more cabin space. The new SUV will be equipped with new doors.

The interior of the luxury SUV will sport latest infotainment system with connectivity features from the company. And few other bits and pieces will be added to enhance the luxury of the plush interior.

Currently, the G-Class SUV draws power from six-cylinder turbo diesel and eight-cylinder turbo petrol engines. The bigger V8 and V12 motors are likely to remain unchanged. Mercedes-Benz might ditch the six-cylinder engine for a smaller unit.
