The new Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire (2017 model) spied in the open. The car has undergone major design changes.
The 2017 Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire has already excited fans, and now, images of the new Dzire have appeared online. The pictures have brought about mixed emotions amongst fans, owing to the design.
Let's begin from the front profile. The new 2017 Dzire has undergone a major facelift, and the newly designed grille features a love it, or hate it design. The front fascia is already a hit amongst a few while others think otherwise.
Toward the rear, the new Swift has shed some weight, giving the car a sleeker, sportier look. The tail lamp has been redesigned with a boot lip spoiler. The car has undergone minimalistic changes, but enough to give the best-selling compact sedan a complete makeover.
The new Dzire will continue with the existing petrol and diesel engines that will deliver 83bhp (petrol) and 74bhp (diesel), with an optional automatic (AMT) gearbox. The interior will also receive a new two-tone dash, along with a flat-bottomed steering wheel and new dials.
The New Swift Dzire is expected to be launched in India before the Swift hatchback and the new car has to be priced competitively to retain its best-selling compact sedan crown.
