New BMW Z4 Concept Images Revealed — It’s All About First Impressions
Images of the new BMW Z4 concept have been officially revealed by the German carmaker.
The upcoming Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance scheduled to take place from August 20 is something that has fans on the edge of their seats for the right reasons. One of them is the unveiling of the all-new BMW Z4.
Now, just days, in fact, hours before the unveil, BMW has released images of the new BMW Z4 concept, revealing the Z4 roadster in all its glory. The new BMW Z4 concept is all about grabbing attention.
The signature BMW kidney grille up front, along with the massive air intakes and the spectacular headlights are what would get anyone's attention. Moving to the side profile, one is treated to the sleek, sporty stance of the new Z4, owing to air vents behind the wheel arch.
The well-toned rear-end of the Z4 boasts sleek tail lamps with two humongous exhaust tips on either side. Hopefully, the design does make it to the production version of the roadster.
Inside, the Z4 has a rich orange and black interior highlighted by a large floating display in the centre and another one behind the ‘forward surging' steering wheel. The well-bolstered seats hopefully make it to the production version as well.
An interesting fact is that the new BMW Z4 is built through a joint venture with Toyota, which will also see the new Supra shortly. Both cars could share a lot in common which time will reveal.
DriveSpark Thinks!
The new BMW Z4 concept has all the ingredients to make it "an all-out driving machine" as per Adrian van Hooydonk, Senior Vice President of BMW Group Design. What is to be seen though is how much of the Z4 concept's design will make it to the production car that will be launched next year.
