Mira Erda Becomes First Indian Female Driver To Race In Euro JK Series
17-year-old Mira Erda has become the first Indian female driver to compete in the Euro JK Series.
Mira Erda has become the first Indian female driver to compete in the Euro JK series. The 17-year-old driver will race in the JK Tyre-FMSCI National Racing Championship.
Mira will be behind the wheel of a BMW FB02 in the Euro JK Series. The Euro JK Series is considered as the top tier of the Formula Racing in the country.
Mira from Vadodara, Gujarat started her motorsport journey in national level karting. She had been competing in the LGB Formula 4 series till 2016. She has also won the Formula 4 Rookie Champion of the Year award from FMSCI.
Mira has raced in around 75 races in the international and national levels. Apart from the Euro JK Series, Mira will also be competing in various national rallies and karting championships. She is also preparing for her twelth board exams this year.
