Mercedes Teases Facelifted Drop-Top S-Class For Frankfurt Motor Show
Mercedes has teased the facelifted S-Class Cabriolet which will debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz has teased the facelifted version of its range-topping convertible, the S-Class Cabriolet. The teaser video shows off the roof mechanism along with the interior and also peeks at the grille of the upcoming S-Class Cabriolet from Mercedes.
The facelifted Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet will make its global debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show which kicks off next month. The new Mercedes S-Class is expected to feature a host of improvements in terms of technology similar to what we saw in the facelifted S-Class that was revealed earlier this year at the Shanghai Motor Show.
The drop-top S-Class is also expected to feature minimal styling tweaks and bring a new set of inline 6-cylinder engines under its bonnet along with a 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 which will also be available with the AMG S63 model in a more potent state of tune.
DriveSpark Thinks!
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet brings with it all the crazy luxury goodness of its hardtop sibling with the added brilliance of a drop-top roof. Expect the new Cabriolet to get all the toys from its hardtop sibling and the new AMG models to give everyone inside a bad hair day that leaves them with a smile on their faces.
