India's leading passenger car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is all geared up for the launch of S-Cross facelift.

The front fascia of the S-Cross facelift features upright profile with drawn-out grille comprising of vertical slats. The bumper has been revamped to give it a muscular look. The new S-Cross will retain the projector headlamps and LED daytime running lights of the current model.

The interior of the updated crossover will also feature minor changes with a touchscreen infotainment system with connectivity options such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The S-Cross facelift will draw power from the existing 1.3-litre four-cylinder diesel engine churning out 89bhp and 200Nm of torque. The engine will be coupled to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Launched in 2015, the S-Cross was offered with two engine options, a 1.3-litre and 1.6-litre diesel engine. But due to less demand, the company discontinued the 1.6-litre engine. Now, it looks like the facelifted model will also come with only one diesel unit.
