Maruti Suzuki To Sell Ciaz Through Nexa Dealerships — Gets 3 New Variants

Currently, the Ciaz is sold through regular Maruti Suzuki dealerships. Now, TeamBHP has reported that the company will soon shift the Ciaz to the Nexa dealerships.

Ahead of the official dealership network changeover, the variants of the Nexa-based Ciaz has been leaked on the internet. But there will be no technical changes on the car.

The Ciaz will be available with the existing 1.3-litre oil burner and 1.4-litre petrol engine options. Both the engines will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. The petrol variant will also be offered with a 4-speed automatic transmission.

Once the Ciaz is shifted to the Nexa dealership network, the sedan will be available in 5 trim levels. It includes the four regular Nexa variants - Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha. A new S variant is also added to the lineup.

The S variant will be the top-of-the-range variant of the Ciaz sedan. The S variant of the car will be identical to the Ciaz RS. All the five trims will be available in Petrol MT and Diesel MT. But the Petrol AT will be offered in three trim levels - Delta, Zeta and Alpha. A taxi variant of the sedan may also be offered targeted towards commercial vehicle segment.
