Maruti Suzuki Launches Nexa Premium Service Centre

India's leading passenger vehicle manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has launched its premium Nexa service centre in Gurugram, Haryana. The new service outlet is equipped with improved technology in service and repair of vehicles.

Maruti Suzuki stated that the Nexa service would be expensive by ten percent as opposed to the standard service centres. But the service time will be cut short by around 50 percent.

Maruti Suzuki launched the Nexa dealerships in 2015 to provide a premium experience to its customers as compared to the regular dealerships. Now the automaker is offering the same experience in the service department.

The newly launched service centre will accept both Nexa sold vehicles as well as other offerings from Maruti Suzuki such as the Alto, WagonR and Swift. The automaker has also launched the My Nexa app to book a service appointment online.

The customers can also directly walk into the service centre and ask for a service. The Nexa workshops also feature viewing lounge to see their cars being serviced. The new service outlets will also offer live feed online when the vehicle is in the service bay.

The Nexa workshop is also equipped with a diagnostic bay to check the health of your car. The diagnostic bay will issue a health card indicating all the problems detected in the vehicle. Upon appointment, the customer will be attended by a dedicated service manager.

Maruti Suzuki aims to expand the Nexa service centres to around 70 outlets by the end of this fiscal year. The automaker plans to expand the outlets in a phased manner and expects to have around 300 Nexa outlets by 2020.
