Delhi To Soon Get An Eight Storey Parking Lot
Karol Bagh, Delhi will get a new eight storey parking lot that will be able to accommodate 900 vehicles.
Parking a four-wheeler is a difficult task in the modern world due to lack of space, and the issue is the same in many countries around the world. In India, Delhi is a prime example.
To tackle everyday worries related to parking, Karol Bagh, one of Delhi's most crowded places will get a new eight storey parking space.
The new eight storey parking lot will be constructed by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, and when complete, the parking lot will be able to accommodate 900 vehicles.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will provide the necessary funds – Rs 92.34 crore – while the north corporation will provide the land needed.
The parking lot will have an area of 4261 square metres, and construction work is expected to start later this year, according to Rajesh Bhatia, the Deputy Chairman of the north corporation standing committee.
Finding parking space sure is a difficult task, but with the latest GenX Nano, everyday commuting and parking is a breeze, no matter how congested the city is.
