Hyundai Xcent Prime With Factory-Fitted CNG Introduced In India
Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG launched in India.
Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG launched in India. The country's second largest car maker introduced the factory-fitted CNG in Hyundai Xcent Prime making it the first among commercial segment sedans.
The Hyundai Xcent Prime CNG comes in two variants: T and T+ The South Korean car maker says the Xcent Prime CNG offers the best-in-class warranty of 100,000 km/ 3 years and is specially tuned for CNG compatibility.The factory-fitted CNG on the Xcent Prime comes with several advantages as it comes with SLF - Speed Limiting Function at no additional cost to end user.
Also, the factory-fitted CNG kit will ease the registration and financing process besides giving registration tax benefit in select areas. Additionally, the CNG kit fitted at the factory will save the time of installation post-delivery making it direct to use.

Announcing the introduction of the new variant, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava- Director- Sales & Marketing, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. The Hyundai Xcent is offered in both petrol and diesel engines. The Xcent Prime CNG model comes fitted with the 1.2-litre petrol engine which produces 82bhp and 114Nm of torque and comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

With an aim to increase market share in the commercial sedan segment, Hyundai has introduced the CNG variant of the Xcent Prime. The Xcent Prime with factory-fitted CNG will help taxi operator offset some cost and is also mileage friendly.
