Hyundai Reveals Iron Man Edition Of The Hyundai Kona SUV
The Iron Man Special edition of the Hyundai Kona takes inspiration from the Iron Man suit
Automotive manufacturers try to use every given opportunity to promote their vehicles by launching special editions. It is one such opportunity when a big movie production house releases a new feature film.
Hyundai has done just that and has revealed a special edition of the Hyundai Kona SUV. Alongside launching the all-new Kona, Hyundai also unveiled the Kona Iron Man edition. Inspiration for the design of the Hyundai Kona Iron Man edition has been drawn from Iron Man's armoured suit.
The Kona Iron Man edition features additional safety and advanced technologies keeping in line with the Iron man suit it derives its design from. The Iron Man edition of the Kona is 40mm wider than the standard car and features 19-inch wheels shod with off-road derived tyres.
The car is painted in matte grey, with gold and red accents on the wheels and on the hood. The roof is painted in contrast to the body with a glossy finish. The iron man logo can be found on the wheel centres and sides of the car, the words Iron Man are embossed on the rear door.
After its global reveal, the Kona Iron Man edition will be displayed at Hyundai's Motorstudio in Seoul, Korea, for a month.
