Spy Pics: Hyundai Elite i20 Facelift Spotted
Hyundai is all set to launch the facelifted Elite i20 in India, ahead of that the updated hatchback has been spotted.
South Korean car maker Hyundai is all set to introduce the facelifted version of its Elite i20 hatchback. Ahead of that the updated car was spotted testing.
MotorBeam has spotted the facelifted Elite i20 testing in TamilNadu. The spy images reveal the heavily camouflaged front and the rear of the facelifted hatchback.
The front end of the facelifted Elite i20 is likely to feature Hyundai's new family grille. The redesigned grille also features in the recently Grand i10 and Xcent facelift models.
The front bumper and the headlights of the updated hatchback will also receive some changes. The side profile and the roof silhouette of the facelifted hatchback remain unchanged.
The new images of the car also reveal the new diamond cut alloy wheels which are expected to be offered in top-of-the-range models. The rear of the car features new tail light cluster and revamped bumper.
The number plate housing is moved from the rear bumper to the centre of the tailgate. The interior of the facelifted hatchback is expected to be unchanged. The car is likely to get new infotainment system.
The facelifted Elite i20 is likely to draw power from the existing 1.2-litre petrol engine, 1.4-litre petrol engine and 1.4-litre diesel engine. Hyundai is also expected to introduce a new 1-litre turbocharged unit.
