Honda WR-V vs. Jazz: 6 Key Differences
Honda India's WR-V compact crossover which is based on the premium hatchback Jazz and gets several features, which were missing in the Jazz.
Honda India is pushing ahead with the agenda of entering the premium segments in India. After the launch of the new Honda City, next in line is the WR-V.

The WR-V is an acronym for 'Winsome Runabout Vehicle' and is based on the Jazz premium hatchback platform along with the same engine; however, there are several key changes.
Here are the six key differences:

1. Design
The Honda WR-V is a beefed up version of the Jazz and has a sporty design. The front profile of the WR-V shows an aggressive bonnet while the sides get rugged looking plastic cladding and roof rails that set it apart from the elegant looking Jazz. One of the key differentiators from the Jazz is the front and rear skid plates of the WR-V.

2. Lights
The Honda WR-V features LED headlamps with DRLs instead of the conventional halogen headlamps of the Jazz. While the taillights of the Jazz is upswept, the WR-V design is L-shaped.

3. Wheels
The Honda WR-V with its crossover image is equipped with larger wheels compared to the Jazz hatchback. The WR-V sports 195/60 section tyres fitted on 16-inch alloy wheels, while the Jazz comes with 175/65 tyres on 15-inch wheels.

4. Interior
The WR-V will be the cheapest crossover to feature a sunroof which is missing in the Jazz. Honda has increased the wheelbase of the WR-V by 25mm giving better leg room. Also, the WR-V can hold 9 litres of more luggage space compared to Jazz's boot space of 354 litres.

5. Ground Clearance
The Honda Jazz clears the ground at 165mm while the WR-V clears at 188mm, clearly reflecting the WR-V's crossover image.

6. Infotainment System & Colour Options
The Honda WR-V features an advanced infotainment system compared to the Jazz. The WR-V features a 7-inch touchscreen system with Mirrorlink connectivity along with USB, Bluetooth and Aux-in.
The Honda WR-V will get a new colour option, Premium Amber while the interior options will have two colours - black with blue and an all black theme.
