Japanese carmaker Honda has unveiled the facelifted Jazz hatchback ahead of its debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Auto Show in September 2017.
The facelifted Jazz features updates to the exterior and interior and a new petrol engine. The exterior sports subtle yet noticeable changes and a new Skyride Blue metallic colour scheme.
The front fascia of the facelifted Jazz features revised grille, new lighting signature and redesigned apron. The rear of the car sports newly designed rear bumper with new gloss black strip.
The updated Jazz will be offered in a new Dynamic trim. The sporty variant of the hatchback gets a front splitter, and rear diffuser finished in red colour. Apart from that, the standard features of the hatchback include LED headlights, fog lamps, side skirts, roof spoiler and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The interior of the Jazz Dynamic trim features orange detailing around the seats, orange stitching around the cabin and leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob.
The Dynamic trim of the hatchback draws power from a new 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 128bhp. The engine will be coupled to a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT gearbox as an option.
The rest of the Jazz trims will be powered by the existing 1.3-litre petrol engine developing 101bhp and mated to a 5-speed gearbox as standard. The Jazz facelift will make its global debut in September, and the deliveries will commence from early 2018.
The facelifted Honda Jazz features only subtle changes to the exterior and interior design. But the prominent highlight is the addition of the new Dynamic trim with a new petrol engine with slight bump in the power output.
