Italian supercar manufacturer Ferrari is all set to launch the GTC4 Lusso in India. CarandBike reports that the four-seater supercar will be launched in India on August 2, 2017.
As per emerging reports, the Ferrari GTC4 Lusso will be priced in the range of Rs 4.5 crore to Rs 5 crore. For now, India gets the fully loaded version of the car with four-wheel-drive. The rear-wheel-drive variant will be introduced later.
The Ferrari GTC4 Lusso replaces the FF model. It features shooting brake design with flared wheel arches and aggressive front fascia. The rear of the car features quad exhaust setup and a large diffuser.
The name GTC4 Lusso stands for Grand Tourismo Coupe, whereas the 4 denotes the four-wheel-drive and four-seat configuration. And the Lusso means luxury in Italian. The interior of the car is equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with separate screens for passengers.
The Ferrari GTC4 Lusso draws power from the F140 65-degree V12 engine churning out 681bhp and 697Nm of torque. The engine is coupled to a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The supercar can sprint from 0-100km/h in just 3.4 seconds before topping out at 345km/h.
The GTC4 Lusso gets an all-wheel-drive system with secondary 2-speed gearbox powering the front wheels. The supercar also comes with four-wheel steering. The rear wheels can steer 2 degrees in opposite direction to the front wheels below 100km/h and in the same direction of the front wheels above 100km/h for increased stability.
