Tesla CEO Elon Musk has finally revealed the unveil date of the Model 3. The Model 3 is the much anticipated car from the US EV giant.
American electric car manufacturer Tesla has finally revealed the unveil date for the Model 3. The man in charge of the company Elon Musk himself revealed this information.
The Model 3 is the highly anticipated mass market vehicle from Tesla. Replying to an enquiry made on Twitter, Tesla CEO stated that the Model 3 would be unveiled in July 2017.
The demand for the Tesla Model 3 has been unbelievable. Around 4,00,000 people have signed up for the pre-order of the car. The Model 3 will have a range of 346kms on a single charge.
Tesla is planning to produce around 5,00,000 vehicles annually and aiming to reach 1 million by 2020. But the company was able to produce only 76,000 vehicles since 2016.
The Tesla Model 3 will be a milestone in the autonomous electric vehicle segment. With the introduction of the autonomous electric vehicles, the road safety will significantly improve.
