Chevrolet Beat Facelift Spied Testing In India; Launch Imminent?
Chevrolet is testing the faclifted Beat hatchback in India and the latest spy shots hints the production version of the model and is expected to launch by July 2017.
American car manufacturer Chevrolet has been testing the facelifted Beat hatchback in India for quite some time. The latest spy shots hint that the new Beat is ready for the launch.
The facelifted Chevrolet Beat was first showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo as a concept model and later the company revealed a single press image in June 2016.
The new Beat is based on the same platform of the outgoing model with exterior and interior updates. Although there is no word from the company about the mechanical updates.
The exterior of the new Beat features new dual port front grille and redesigned headlamps with black inserts. The side profile remains the same with the C-pillar door handle.
The rear of the facelifted Beat features relocated registration plate recess to the rear bumper and slightly revamped tail lamps. The interior of the updated hatchback also receives new features.
The interior of the new Beat sports 7-inch infotainment system with MyLink, dual tone theme for the dashboard and the motorcycle-inspired instrument cluster remains the same.
