2017 Audi Q3 Launched In India; Priced At Rs 34.20 Lakh
Audi India launched the updated version of the Q3. The car, get cosmetic as well as mechanical upgrades and is available in two variants.
Audi India has launched the updated version of its baby SUV - the Q3. The German automaker has updated the car with some detailed appreciative changes. On the other hand, the car is available at a higher state of tune.
Mechanically, the updated Q3 is powered by the 2.0-litre TDI engine in a higher state of tune. The Quattro model produces 182 bhp of power and the front wheel drive (FWD) model delivers 147 bhp of power.
Yes, there is a huge difference in the power out of both the variants. both models come mated to updated seven-speed automatic transmission.
On the outside, the Q3 features some changes such as - tweaked bumpers for a muscular appearance, sharper line, new air intakes on the front bumper. Some standard features also include a panoramic sunroof, 17-inch alloys and LED headlights with DRLs.
Step inside the car and you will notice that the seats are covered in leather upholstery. The Quattro will get sporty aluminum tangent inlays, while the FWD one gets walnut brown inlays. Standard features include - dual zone climate control and electrically adjustable front seats.
Rahil Ansari, Head, Audi India stated, "The Audi Q3 has been a segment leader ever since its introduction apart from being our best-selling model. The market has been evolving rapidly and we have always stayed ahead of the curve by constantly updating the Audi Q3 to enhance its appeal and make it more relevant for our customers."
He further added saying, "The new Audi Q3 is the benchmark with new engine options, attractive new features and an enviable list of standard equipment upping its desirability quotient immensely. We are confident that this will attract many more Audi fans to join the Audi family."
Pricing of the car? Well, the Q3 2.0-litre TDI FWD variant starts at Rs 34.20 lakh, while the 2.0-litre TDI Quattro one is priced at Rs 37.20 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi. The Q3 will lock horns with the Mercedes-Benz GLA and the BMW X1.
