Spied: New VW Vento Highline Variant In A New Avatar

The Volkswagen Vento Highline has been spied with new segment first LED headlamps and new alloy wheel. The new embellishments on the outside are complimented with daytime running lights. Also, seen is a new black alloy wheel with the tyre size remaining at 185/65R15.

Expected to be launched this festive season, the new Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus continues with the same exterior design. This variant was launched in India back in October 2015 and this refurbished model will replenish the feel of the Vento.

Apart from the new changes, the Highline Plus variant boasts of features like cruise control, exclusive ‘Vento' floor mats, ‘Vento' scuff plates, detachable window blinds, electrically foldable OVRMs, and a Blaupunkt touchscreen infotainment system with navigation and this is mounted on a carbon fibre finished centre console.

Under the hood, the Vento Highline Plus is powered by either a 1.6-litre MPI naturally aspirated petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox or the 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine paired to the 5-speed manual gearbox. There is no confirmation on the price range of this variant; however, expected prices to be in the range of Rs 10 to 12 lakh ex-showroom.
