Volkswagen China has issued a recall on 78,083 vehicles. This time due to design defects.
Starting from January 25, Volkswagen will recall models including Tiguan, Magotan, and Golf produced between January 22, 2009 and May 6, 2014.
Due to some issues regarding the design, the electric module of the steering column switch, car horn and airbag restraint systems may not work properly in some cases and raise safety risks.
The carmaker has assured to fix the module at total free of cost.
