Toyota Innova Crysta Petrol Launched In India
Japanese carmaker Toyota has launched a brand new petrol-powered version of its Innova Crysta MPV in India.
Prices for the petrol powered Innova start at Rs. 13,72,800 for the base Gx (Manual) variant and go all the way up to Rs. 19,62,300 ex-showroom (Delhi) for the top of the line Zx variant. Deliveries of the petrol-powered Innova start today, August 8.
The new variant of the Innova Crysta is powered by a 2.7-litre Dual VVTi petrol engine that produces 164bhp and 245Nm of torque. Two driving modes: Eco and Power are available.
The engine is available with both a five-speed manual and six-speed automatic gearbox. The Innova Crysta returns an ARAI certified mileage of 10.83km/l with the automatic gearbox and 9.89km/l with the manual gearbox.
With regards to design, there is no difference in styling compared to the diesel powered Innova on the outside. The same can be said about the interiors of the car.
Standard safety features on all variants include 3 Airbags, ABS with EBD & Brake Assist, height-adjustable seatbelt with pre-tensioner and force limiter for the front seats, 3 point seatbelts for all occupants along with impact sensing door unlock, thanks to a secondary battery. Also present are ISOFIX points for slotting in child seats.
The top of the line Zx variant up the safety game by adding four more airbags along withVehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Hill-start Assist Control (HAC).
The Innova Crysta petrol also get all the brilliant tech first seen on the diesel powered variant including the cooled upper glove box, one-touch tumble second-row seats and the rather cool-looking automatic headlamps.
The Innova Crysta Petrol is available in three different colour options: Garnet Red, White Pearl Crystal Shine, and Avant-Garde Bronze.
