Toyota Innova Crysta (Petrol) To Launch: More Details

Toyota recently revamped the Innova, which is the brand's best seller in India and launched it with tons of changes including the name. Changes to the Innova Crysta have been made cosmetically and mechanically, but it is available only with a diesel engine.

Now, the Japanese carmaker is gearing up the petrol variant of the Crysta for launch in the Indian market and bookings are already under way. A few dealers are also stocking their yards with the Innova Crysta petrol model.

Here is what you should know about the Innova Crysta petrol.

Engine Specification Of The Toyota Innova Crysta Petrol

The petrol Innova Crysta will come with a 2.7-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine that is tuned to produce 166bhp and 245Nm of peak torque. The 2.7-litre unit is the same mill that powered the petrol Innovas in international markets and for India, Toyota has tweaked the power a bit.

The petrol Innova will be available with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

Price And Delivery Details Of The Toyota Innova Crysta Petrol

The Innova Crysta petrol will be cheaper by around Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 55,000 compared to its diesel counterpart. Toyota dealerships say they will begin deliveries next month.
