Are You Ready To Wait For Three Months To Get Your Tata Tiago
The Tiago hatchback was launched by Tata Motors in the Indian market during April 2016. Since then, the Tiago has witnessed an overwhelming response in the domestic market. Now the Tata Tiago commands a waiting period in excess of three months.
During June 2016, Tata Motors managed to sell 4,205 Tiago's. The demand for Tata Tiago is constantly growing. Surprisingly, demand for petrol-powered Tiago is more than the diesel-powered hatchback. In comparison to Tiago's competitor, the Maruti Celerio sold 5,797 units in June 2016.
The base variant of the Tata Taigo is priced at Rs. 3.20 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). The most expensive and fully-loaded Tata Tiago costs Rs. 5.54 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). All variants are affected by waiting period owing to an overwhelming response by customers.
Tata Motors had previously launched the Bolt and Zest models expecting similar fate experienced by Tiago. Unfortunately, both Bolt and Zest did not attract buyers as expected by Tata Motors. Very soon the Kite 5 compact sedan model will be launched by Tata, which is based on the Tiago.
