Tata Launches Its Tiago In Nepal For A Starting Price Of NPR 22.55 Lakh

Tata Motors has launched its all-new Tiago hatchback in Nepal. The base variant of Tata Tiago will cost NPR 22.55 lakh ex-showroom (Kathmandu). Bookings for the all-new hatchback has commenced across Nepal.

At this moment, Tiago will be available in Nepal only with a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine. This engine produces 84bhp, along with 114Nm of torque, and is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Tata promises its Tiago can deliver fuel efficiency figures of 23.84 km/l ARAI certified.

Diesel-powered Tata Tiago could be launched in Nepal at a later stage. Customer engagement will also be focussed upon in Nepal with Tata Motors Connect mobile application. Also on offer will be free pickup and drop services across Nepal by Tata Motors dealership.

Tiago will be offered in three variants in Nepal, they are - XE, XM, and XZ. Its first public appearance in Nepal will be at 2016 NADA Auto Show, on August 30th. Six exciting colour options will be provided for Tiago - Berry Red, Espresso Brown, Pearlescent White, Platinum Silver, Striker Blue, and Sunburst Orange.

Infotainment system in Tiago is provided by HARMAN. The Tiago hatchback will be equipped with turn-by-turn navigation by Navi app and Juke-Car app. Tata Motors will be offering the Tiago with four years warranty or 75,000 kilometres whichever occurs first.
