Tata Motors Organises 'EK SHAAM SAARTHI KE NAAM' For Truck Drivers
Tata Motors, one of India's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer has organised a special program for over 400 truck drivers called 'EK SHAAM SAARTHI KE NAAM'.
At the event, Tata Motors also congratulated the Indian truck drivers who participated in the Tata T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship that was recently held at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC).
The truck drivers shared their story about how they became professional truck racers from regular drivers and how Tata's T1 Racer Program helped them. Tata Motors organised the Racer Program in cities including Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ludhiana, Ajmer, Barmana, Kolkata, and Jamshedpur, engaging over 4,500 drivers.
During the program, Tata Motors played videos and films to show how the country will take shape in the future and the important role played by truck drivers. As part of the program, Tata Motors included commercial vehicle financiers to help truck drivers own a vehicle of their own.
