Tata Motors Launches Signa Range Of Commercial Vehicles At Truck World Chandigarh

Tata Motors has launched its new SIGNA range of medium & heavy commercial vehicles (CV) at its Advanced Trucking Expo - 'Truck World', in Chandigarh.

The Signa range of CVs which will soon be available across Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.

Tata showcased two trucks from the Signa range at the Truck World. They were:

  • Tata SIGNA 4923.S - This truck has a Gross Combination Weight (GCW) of 49 tons and is powered by the Cummins ISBe 5.9 Common Rail engine which produces 229bhp and 850Nm of torque. The 4923.S also provides best-in-class mileage and is offered with multiple fully-built load body options, making the vehicle a preferred choice for transporters for various applications.
  • Tata SIGNA 4018.S - The 4018.S has GCW of 40 tons and is powered by the Tata Cummins B5.9 L- 6-cylinder engine which produces 179.6bhp and 675 Nm of torque while delivering best-in-class mileage as well.

With the new Signa range, we hope to bring modern trucking mainstream for our M&HCV customers, addressing emerging needs for a safer, more comfortable and a connected commercial vehicle experience."
